Harassment by man to his wife and children. What actions can i take?

What can be done if father treat badly his mother n child.? My father regularly harrest mother n me. And its enough, it is un unbearable now. So what can i do now
File a domestic violence case through your mother..your mother should social welfare department of your area and submit the applicatiin to social welfare officer. Or she can file with the help if lawyer.

U can approach the police.....lodge an fir. Depending upon the gravity of offence u may also go to the magistrate diretly. Whereas penal laws are concerned he may be liable to penalty... u can alternativEly seek counsellor but both ll have to agree to it..... taking police action is suggested
