Harassment by in laws after finding out i'm HIV+ what can i do

recently i was diagnosed with HIV during my wife pregnancy tests.Both of us started medicines for HIV.But my parent in laws started black mailing me that they will tell my HIV status to my relatives to remove my self respect.Financially also they are using us in many ways.They are not allowing me and my parents to see or touch my son.They are trying to separate both wife and husband and snatch assets.
