Hello,

To avoid exparte judgement you have yo appear or appear through an advocate would be supportive to u. You have enough legal provisions where you can file restitution of conjugal rights to live with him.

Unless you want to give a divorce to him, he cannot get divorce. You have to attend the case hearing on the date given in the Notice without fail. If you don't go on that date, then there will be problems. Also you have many laws to support you, so don't worry. If you are in Chennai, you can contact me for a detailed discussion so that I can give a clear and proper guidance.

Madam,
Immediately take steps to set aside the exparte judgement passed by the court and try to have a conducive talk with your husband to have a reunion and since your wish to live with your husband i am telling this.
