Harassment and physical abuse in parental home

I am a 26 year old single woman who has been forced to stay away from my parental home due to severe emotional and partly physical abuse. I have a threat to my livelihood there. What should I do to stop this? Kindly advise.
You are not specific about the torture done to you. Based upon your information if it is assume that it is your parents or siblings who perpetrated crime against you ,criminal case under various charges of ipc can be initiated against them .That apart you can also file case under PWDV Act wherein, apart from protection order you can also claim maintenance if you have no source of income.
