Harassed by in laws can I file a case against them

From day one of marriage my in-laws tortured me.initially my hubby used to support me.his mother has major influence on him.i have adjusted alot in order to save my marriage life at one point of time both my in-laws avd hubby abused me physically forced me to step out of house.we started our life in seperate home but my mother in-law challenge me tat she will seperate my hubby from me. I got pregnant but everytime he used to abuse me.he used to being lawyer I know how to handle it if u file complaint.I have a daughterow he left me taking our daughter with him. I don't know what to do pls help
You can file a complaint against your in-laws and your husband at your local police station or All women police station.

you can file a complaint to the nearby Police Station or can file petition before the local court under Domestic Violence Act against your in laws. with regard to custody of child, being a natural guardian, mother is a guardian to their children till they(children) attaining a maturity to decide the question of residing. No one is above the law. so you can approach the statutory remedies available under the law.
