You contact local lawyer who can help you. You can get bail copy through your lawyer only. As per your statement the charge sheet is getting delay. The police (IO) need to investigate the matter , record and report to court.(Charge sheet). Normally it takes some time.

Hi
It is only an anticipatory bail and there will always be conditions to be complied with in case of anticipatory bail.
So your in laws will definitely need to come to the police station and police will soon file a charge sheet.
Generally a charge sheet will be filed within 90 days from the date of FIR. Sometimes it gets extended by a month or two. But you need to be patient as these proceedings generally take time.
