Guy promised to marry not denying what can I do

I was in relationship with a guy from 1 year, when time came for marriage, he said his parents were not accepting and set another match for him against his will but the truth was he did not tell them about me and he just cheated me. I tried to commit suicide also when i heard that his marriage got fixed. He was a muslim guy and i was a christian, he said because of religion they were not accepting...i was ready to change my religion also but as he was a cheat he said no use if i change my religion also as marriage got fixed. I wanted to put case on him as he cheated me very badly.
You have not disclosed your age and age of the boy who cheated you. Secondly to prove your one year relationship what are the materials or documents you have . Did you tried to approch the parents of the boy? Are both of you majors? All these things has to be accertained. If you have legible documentary proof to establish your relationship, we can file an Injunction suit againt the boy and can also file a PCR i.e. private criminal case against that boy for cheating you.
