Hi
under Section 8 of Hindu succession Act, if the property of your grand father(assuming it is the self acquired property of your grand father) will first vest with your father, Uncle and aunts as they are the class I legal heirs of your grand father. .
Under section 8 of Hindu succession act, son of a living son is not a class I heir. Hence you are entitled to your share of the property, once your father receives his share.
Hope this helps.
