Grandson's right in grandfather's property if he died intestate

SIR I BELONGS TO TELUGU STATE. MY GRAND FATHER DIED IN 1986 AND MY GRAND MOTHER DIED IN AFTER 2001 . MY GRAND FATHER HAD TWO SONS AND THREE DAUGHTERS . AND HE OWNS ONE HOUSE WHICH IS VERY BIG. HE HAS N`T WRITTEN ANY WILL . I AM THE SON HIS(GRANDFATHER`S) DAUGHTER. DO MY MOTHER IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE SHARE ON MY GRANDFAHER`S HOUSE. DOES SHE HAVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM THE RIGHT ON THAT PROPERTY. PLEASE TELL ME SIR . I AM FROM ANDHRAPRADESH. AND RESIDING IN TELANGANA

Your mother is eligible to claim the share of her father's property and all of his children (2 sons and 3 daughter's) are eligible to claim equal share of the grand father's property.
so you can ask for family member's to settle the share of each individual((2 sons and 3 daughter's) and they should enter in to a settlement deed and get the settlement deed also registered.
