Grandfather's brother selling grandfather's property without consent

My grandfather's brother always sell my grandfathers propery(land,trees etc) and always try to distrupt the normal day to day activity of my family from 3-4 years we raise this issue from gram panchyat to even higher authority like police,LRDC,VDO and large no of authentic places but till today the problem still exist..it made my complete family shattered..not know what to do and how to do??kindly help

Is your grandfather alive, if yes then without his permission your grandfather's brother cannot sell the property without his consent. Secondly if the your father is no more then as per law the property would be divided as per HIndu Succession Act and the property if in the share of his brother then he can sell. You can complaint and file a case against unauthorized selling of the property.
