Girlfriends father marrying her to someone else what to do

My girlfriend talked to her family for marrying me. But now her father is marrying her to someone else. She is 18+ but i am not 21+. We want to run away somewhere and we will somehow manage our expenses. Can her father put me in jail or my family memebers in jail? If yes, how can it be prevented?
If You want to do court marriage, the age of the boy is 21years and for girl is 18 years. It will be in your certificate age both boy and girl.
If girl is major then he is free to take decision regarding his life.

For a valid marraige under hindu marraige act is the girl should ne 18 and you should ne 21 plus you have to wait untill you attain major .girl have to support you in her statement before police and magistrate .no one can prevent other side for lodgeing FIR
