Girlfriend threatening to take legal action for denying marriage

We both were in relationship from past 1 year but my family is not ready to accept her, and when I decided to deny her ,she is threatening to take legal action,we both are above 23 year age and belong to different caste, I don't want to marry her. We have physical physically relationship many times
