Girlfriend made false promises to marry what action can be taken

hi, i had 2 year relationship with a girl, my age is 25 and girl age is 26 we had done sex many times in hotel(i have hotel booking where we both given ID proof) and house and girl promise me to marry and she also gave me fake trust that her parent will agree and there will be no issue. now girl is refusing to marry because she never taken stand for me in her home and after all this issue i have send photo to her father. and told every thing about our relation. one day i fainted and describe my all story to my parents my father called girl's father he came durnkn with mama said that " tujhe mai dekh luga mai bhar se utha luga mai ye kar duga etc etc.." girl still like me but by force of father she is not taking any step.. this all above is current situation.. i dont know i will file a FIR with all proof. please suggest me i'm getting very depressed.. my situation is like get close mylife and leave this word i love her so much thanks please help
As per law if two adults make physical relations with consent then this is not crime unless women is married !In your case both of you were in love and made relation out of love as far evidences and promises is concerned that does make anyone liable unless that is made after promise of marriage but here Indian law is more or less favour women ,but still if she loves you and want to live with you and marry ,you could approach High court for habeas corpus!

It will be better if you forget that girl because until unless she is not supporting you you can not marry with her. Even if you marry then also it is of no use if She goes for divorce. So you can't make some one to stay with u force fully
