Her parents are against our marriage we both are hindu but we reside in different cities. Her parents have taken away her mobile phone and even beaten her. What legal actions can be taken by me as we were NEVER MARRIED
If you are interested to marriage each other your are both maker than no one can stopped to marriage each other.you can marriage with tham legal vailed . Marriage is hindu marriage act and special marriage act.
