Friend blackmailing with regard to the video she has what can I do.

I am 43 & divorced, living with my son who is 22. My son showed sexual interest in me once and I complied.We have a sexual relationship for the past 1 year. I discuss everything with my best friend.i am pregnant with my son's baby for the past 4 months & my friend even has the medical report I gave to her. She is blackmailing me for money now.My friend also has one video that she stole from my house which me and my son has recorded with us having sex.What can I do? Is it ok to have sex with my son? Me getting pregnant from my son is a crime? What can we do to keep our relationship as such and safe? If I file the complaint with Police women's cell, will I get justice or will I be deemed as a bad woman? My son said he would like to have one more baby after this.Kindly give your valuable opinion.
