Meri sadi tay hone k bad tut gai meri sagai ho chuki thi but ladkiwalo ne pahle sadi krne se mana kiya usk bd vo ab meri family par dehaj act ke tehat FIR kr diye h jhuta mamla ab hme kya krna chahiye.
Poore desh mein isi tarah Dahej Kanoon ka galat istemaal ho raha hai.
Apke case mein, aap par jo jhotha case lagaya gaya hai use apko ladna hi padega, kyonki ek baar case laga dene ke baad usko lad kar bari hona hi ek upay bachta hai.
Par haan, jab bhi aap bari ho jao to un par jhootha case darj karwane ke aarop mein unko saza karwa sakte ho aur muawza bhi le sakte ho.

First of all you all should apply for grant of anticipatory bail before the Court so that your liberty is not violates . After taking bail file a petition under s482 of CRPC for quashing the FIR before High Court .
