Filed Domestic violence case opposite party filed condonation of delay

DV Case filed after separation of 1 year and 8 months. DV Case intern-maintenance got rejected. DV case is been dismissed by default: Due to Non-appearance of opposite party. Opposite side changed the lawyer: Filed delay condone (21 days) application requesting restoration of application in Session Court. Is filing the restoration of DV maintainable or not? What grounds shall and judgement shall be used to oppose the case? If restored, will the go back to same court? Thanks
