24-Jul-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi sir/mam My sister married 20 years ago. Nowadays in her family she has 4 girls, one boy, husband, mother & father in law. Her husband is drunkard & not giving a single rupee for house hold purpose. Except child the rest are enforcing to job & want to expel her with child without any shelter and maintenance. There are extreme domestic violence often. We give petition to women cell & in police many times. But we don't get satisfactory results. Somehow she feeding their child. First you have to report the matter to senior police officials if the women cell is not taking any action. You have not written whether your husband is earning something or not. If he is`earning then you can also file a case in the court asking for maintenance.

hi,
Simply file the complaint with all relevant proves of cruelity under IPC and file another complaint under D.V Act in the court and tell the whole scenario your case, demand the custody of your children and demand the accommodation for shelter or stay in your matrimonial home with police protection.
Thanks
