Filed 498A, 323, 504, 506, 307, 313, 420, 3/4 against husaband

Respected Sir/Madam, The FIR registered against my husband and In-laws in Women Cell (Mahila Thana) dated 14th June -2016 under section (498A, 323, 504, 506, 307, 313, 420, 3/4). I requested investigation officer to get my personal belonging and Items from my husband and In-laws which are still in their custody but he declined my request and now may he has submitted charge sheet in court with out any arresting. Presently, I am staying with my brother in faridabad (haryana) I have few questions : Can I apply domestic violence and maintenance case from Faridabad (haryana) or Mathu ? How I can get my personal belonging and Items from In-laws which was provided at the time of marriage & after marriage by my parents ? My husband is having more than 3 PAN card and AADHAR card with different farther name and D.O.B which he may used for bank loan, To whom I should complain against their fraud government ID ?
You can file domestic violence case if you husband is cruel with you . And you can also file maintenance case against your husband and cheating case for forgery and for recovery of your stridhan you can file case under saction 406 HMA to get your belongings.

In my opinion you can file a complaint in domestic violence act and a application under section 125 crpc ( Criminal Procedure code) for maintenance for herself and children if any. You can also file a complaint under section 406 Indian Penal code for Stridhan ( Your articles). You must submit a application in FIR Case for issue non bailable warrant against accused. Court can non bailable warrant against accused.

1) DV application can be filed at your temporary place residence I.e. at Faridabad. Likewise, maintenance petition can also be filed there.
2)you may recover your stridhan I.e. all gifts received by you at the time of your marriage and after your Marriage by filing a suit for stridhan in the family court.
3) A person should have only one pan card on his name and having multiple duplicate pan card is an offense. Complaint in this regard can be filed at NDLS, Pune, the pan card issuing authority through email or speed Post. Likewise keeping multiple aadhar cards is also illegal and you complaint about it at UIDAI through email to the Manager, Legal and Policy at [email protected].
