Father staying separately is sick family forcing me to take him back

Hi i am staying in Bangalore with my mother from last 15 years but my dad used to stay in Kolkata with his family. Whenever he used become sick his brothers used called me and asked to take him in Bangalore . Now his condition is critical and they had informed me adter that I went there and taken him back here. But due to my bad financial condition I am not able to his proper treatment this time so his all family members are gicing me threatning that they will see me if anything will happen to him.What should I do now can you suggest please?
I believe it is more a moral issue as opposed to a legal one. You can approach NGOs that can raise financial assistance for medical assistance to help in your father’s treatment. If your father’s family is threatening you, you should ideally lodge a complaint with the nearest jurisdictional police.
