Father sold property received by mother from mother in law

My father is in wed lock relationship with another women and they have son, my father has always been very abusive towards us. few years before my grandmother died my father's mother n he kept hiding her death.later told us, he also denyed abt the will but after 2 years he sent. as per will my grandmother has given 1 house to my mother n disowned me n my mother from rest of the property n it is on my father's name (1 of the witnesses is his wedlock wife in will) he sold tht property which my grand mother gave to my mother immedietly after my grandmothers death n took that money also.
