You can claim your share by filing a partition suit.sons n daughters have several rights as coparceners.you can also claim rights in ancestral property 'right to survivorship and so on. The children have a right to take or sell their share of the proprty to anyone.

Pension belongs, to only family pensioners, like widow, her minor son, or unmarried daughter. No one other can claim pension.
If your father has not make will, then after death you can claim in his property by filing partition suit.
And in ancestors property your share is fix by birth.
