Father not treating mother well and not allowing us take her hospital

Dear sir, my mother is 70 years old.My father has been tortured her since 10-15years.He was beating her whenever he ill be getting angry because of some family problems.He is not allowing people entered in our house especially my mothers sisters and brother.He never allowed her to go out and see her sisters and brother.Now my mother' healrh condition is very bad she is a parkinson patient now.He is not trating her properly not taking her in to the doctor we helpless now we cant also take our mother to the hospital without his permission.plz guide us
