Hindu. Father trying to take sign on all the properties that are on mother 's name. How to protect us from this ?

He has no right to execute any paper without having locus to execute the same because he has no ownership over the property. Therefore he has no right to create any third party interest and deal will b abinitio void

You can go ahead and file a police complaint on forcefull dispossession if you are a major ..if no someone else can come in picture ;you can also go ahead and being one of the legal heir can get the property transfered in your name as well being one of the legal heir,if there is any testamentary document in your favour that can be used we can appoach a civil court for the same by filing suit for possession declaration and title ..
