Sir, me From Dec 2012 central govt job me Mumbai me hu nd meri shadi June 2007 me hui nd registration June 2010 after Gona. Wife ka Completely different nature hone k karn me mere sath nhi rkhna chahta hu, wife dowery nd etc case file krne ki dhamki de rhi h sath hi job se suspend or terminate karwane ki bhi dhamki de rhi h, sir my questions is that my job is secure or not and anticipatry bail mil skti h ya nhi
After filling of dowri case investgation officer cant direct arrest you , as per the direction in judgement render by the supreme court, and you can file anticipatory bail before session court and you got bail...
