Family Court has issued FLW, any legal recourse available

My brother had stroke in 2013 and since then he couldn't pay the maintenance for which 1.5 lacs court asks my father to deposit, my father denied since he doesn't have so much money so the judge issued FLW. Is there a way out from this. Total injustice this is

According to law u have to deposit amount or to go jail civil prison so u have to but if wife does not press for more money its ok on humanatarian ground but here no so think twice as law is stringent here

Your brother should demonstrate before the Court that he is really unable to pay the amount and should offer to pay whatever amount that he can pay. In the absence of this Court does not believe him. He has to make an application as I said here and if the Judge does not agree should approach Higher Court by way of a criminal petition.

Before presence it's most important to panchuality.brother not able to pay can have chance to take time.,or his obsence nothing escaping ..as per law they have right action against you .then after can take time on request .
