my boyfriend cheated me on the name of marriage.he made fake promises.initially everything was fine even our families also met then his family said no we did not like girl.he said I will take a stand but now he seems not interested.All time making excuses.

It is best in such circumstances to move ahead and forget him as even if finally you are successful in convincing him to marry you , he would always hold it against you.Why would you want to get into a legal bond with him which already spells trouble.

madam i regret i am unable to understand your query. i suggest you make your query more precise and clear. however for family to not like a girl, not taking stand or making excuses does not hold him liable. but if that person has taken advantage of yours by promising of future marriage and got in to physical relations and now he is denying then you can surely file a criminal case against him
