Madam

What is the reason for him to trouble you and cause threat to you, when you had relationship for almost 13 years and what was the reason to get such documents executed at Pune. So. if you can clarify all the facts, then i would be in a better position to advise you appropriate course of action. However with limited facts, all i can advise you is to call Women cell Police Station of your area, and file a complaint u/s 504, 506 of IPC.

Feel free to contact should you have any questions

whatever you say is unbelievable. on which ground pune court ordered? who filed a case? on what ground? i think you have to go through the paper it must be notarized agreement between you ad him not a court order. and as far as harassment is concerned you can file a criminal case,
