duties of child to foster father while buying his property

If I buy a property from my foster father ( the bank loans are still not paid in full) , how much authority does he have over the property?He claims we cheated him and got him to undersell the property, which was not the case. Also, if he files an old-age maintenance claim when he has other children, how will the case go?
If the sales is effected by a valid registered sale deed the rights of the buyer is determined only by the recitals of the sale deed irrespective of any natural relationship between the buyer and the seller. For determining the maintenance amount number of factors like no of children, their financial status , their standard of living and claimant's financial status would be considered.
