Donate my property which is received from my father in law in future

My father in law want to gift me some property, cash n also some jewellery. But i want to donate this property to a orphan directly before i received. Can i right this on affidavit only or anything else to do for this purpose

In this process first you have to accepted gift deed . Than for moveable property you can donate by handed over through registered deed and for immovable property you have to transfer that property by registered deed to orphanage
