Domestic violence by father what action can we take

my father doent want to stay with us peacefully every day he is doing domestic voilence and he is trying to sell the property leaving us bankrupted without any valid reason and had a extra maritial affair with a married women what we all can do for our right which artict,act,or section no of constitution of india will help me please tell me and what objections my father can take legally even if he is wrong
