Can my mother file an objejtion against my father to not waste any ansistral property in liquir any any bad induljence .. He is doing domestic voilence everyday and makes my mothe and me aside not giving any money any wasting all the ansistral property...
Yes there is a provision that a domestic violence case can be filed against your father and your mother can claim the money from him for maintenance for the monthly expenditure and it can brought to the courts notice that he is abusive in nature.

in ancestral property all have share ... so you can stop him from doing so ..you just need to file a complain in court and ask court to put an injuction for selling of any of the said property...

Yes.. there are various recourses available. Your mother can file cases u/s 498A and others for the cruelty being occasioned. You can file a partition suit in respect to the said property. Your mother can initiate domestic violence act. There are various other remedies too.
