Does a wife get a share in husbands property

I have been working from past 13yrs and have invested in property and business for my husband and brother in law. I took huge loans from banks too. My husbands family is selling of property and business and denying me any money. I have no assets as such and am just left out with loans. I have 2 kids to support and loans greater than my salary. I'm Hindu and so is my husband.
who is the registered owner of property and who has the papers and possession., do u have proof of payments,etc. Based on the same, you can take civil / criminal action. urgent steps are to be taken lest property is transferred to a third party.

The only option is claim for a share of your property from your husband and your brother in law is through constant pressurising.
the other options are filing for claim of share of properties as wife or filing a suit for compensation under Domestic violence act.
Option 2 might result in divorce. so need to be cautious.
