Temporary local address would suffice. Marriage can be registered at any place where either the Husband or the wife resides. Thus the requirement is of residence not permanent residence. It has be registered with the SDM of your area.

You just need a rent agreement. That is sufficient for the address proof . But that address proof should be executed six months before the registration of marriage and should be duly notarized. It would be better if any known person reside there. Because communication takes place and the concerned officer might check for verification. So be prepared. All the best.

yes u can register marriage in delhi one thing is verymuch clear that permanent address is required for regd of marriage must have age certificate as well as residential proof as well marriage card permanent residence of at least one party is required so that u can file address proof

For registering a marriage in Delhi you do not require a permanent residential address a local or a temporary address proof would do. Most importantly you need age proof and some identity that you are not a fake person.
