You can file mutual divorce in your concerned family court, if she is not ready to go for mutual divorce, then you have an another option.
You can file Restoration of conjugal right case in family Court, if she fails to appear in the court or denies to live with you then the court allows you to file divorce on this basis.

if both the parties agreed for divorce the then as Hindu Marriage Act a petition is required to be filed before the Principal Judge, family Court on the ground of Mutual Consent but if you are not in able to contact her then first you are required to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights then she will have to appear even then she does not appear before the court then you can also seek divorce by filing divorce case against her.
