Division of property bought by father but registered in brother's name

in 67 three land purchased by mu father one in name of self,one in name of mother and one in name of my elder brother,who was 4 years old in that time. presently my father passed away and my brother is shelling the land without permission of other two brother . we have father bill in which clearly maintained all property will be distributed in three son but elder brother is denoying to contribute the land in his name . please advice can we do some thing.
File partition case against ur brother. U have a will which mentions all the property will he divid3d accordingly. First have injunction order then file suit for partition. I do lot of similar cases pending in different courts of punjab. He can not sale out anscestral property which is on his name without prior permission of all the co shares or successors.
