Distribution of father's property among legal heirs

father's land property matter. want to distribute our own land's (late father) distribute. please suggest how to distribute our land within the warition candidates without parcha. (our location-opp barjora post office)
I did not know where the property is situated. But as per your question, I tell you that, you can distribute your Father's property in simple way of partition, by making a Partition Deed (Registered Deed). Prior to make Partition Deed, you need to contact with Surveyor, make a Sketch map for portion of each and every legal heir/heirs of the deceased person. And on the basis of said Sketch Map Registered the same by making Partition Deed.
But if any one oppose it. Then file Partition Suit and settled the matter.

Write a letter to each warriton that the share will be divided in equal shares without parcha, if they agree, you should be relieved and if they dont then get hold of it and again approach. For any further clarifications kindly contact.
