Dispute over grandfather's ancestral property

Lived in up.we have ancestral land and my grand father has three son.in 2003 by mutually grand father diveded property in three but a plot with construction over it located in city divided in two as plot is not as big as it can not diveded in three .they promise that they gave money acording to market rate and they occupied it and pay 1 lack and promise that other pay in some months but after my grand father death they denied any further money and told we already paid all amount . we approaches to realtives but nothing happens .they are dabang type and when we asked about money they simply refuse every time and say we already paid .every thing was did by mutual trust and they don't have any paper or will of that plot neither we have .how can we proceed in this.

You can fully claim for your part on the disputed house through a civil suit by contacting a lawyer. House owner has to produce evidence from where did he got the house , was it correctly divided , if any promise made was it fulfilled , was it in writing etc.

As per Hindu law of succession you got your property as per established law ,that's proven fact as per your contention .
Now come despite as per denial of remaining sum of money as per agreement ,here dispute is not about the property ,because you had willinly given in consideration of which you had already received one lakh ,now you want remaining as per agreement ,here first we had go through the documents and agreement made .Contact for further query .

Since this property was recorded in the name of your grandfather, you should immediately file a case in the Civil Court seeking share in this property simultaneously ask the court to dispossess them from your portion.
