Deceased father's name in grandfather's will, can son/wife claim share

In the will it is written I direct all my immovable properties will devolve upon my three sons namely ... in equal shares In full ownership and with absolute right of disposal. In case two sons predesease the will maker do wife and children of the deceased sons have any claim or rights. Hindu

well as per law of succession act all the property of the diseases will go in thr favour of the person whose favour will has been made more of the very person whose favour will is made then legal heir this is call by operation of law....

Certainly, if the person in whose favor a testament is made passes away, his 1st class legal heirs can claim the right of the deceased person unless the Testator of the will is alive and changes his will.

Yes son/wife can claim the share of deceased father/ husband. Please check if the deceased father had a will or did he die intestate. Also it is not clear whether the father pre-deceased the grandfather.
