Daughter's right in father's self acquired property

Whether a woman married before1986, have equal rights on her father's self acquired property who died in 2007 without leaving a will .
If the father in a hindu family dies inestate after the 2005 amendment, then, the daughter of the deceased father is eligible to claim her share in the property of the father whether self acquired or ancestral. She will have to file a partition suit after obtaining legal heir certificate from the tehsildar's office.
