If your daughter in law is not ready to live you and and your family you shall first try to settle the matter on your own with your daughter in law. You shall ask your son to talk to your daughter in law who shall make her understand. If also she does not want to live u, your family and your son then you shall have right to approach an advocate.

You must definitely try and resolve the matter within the family since it concerns the immediate members of your family before taking any legal action. I suggest you involve the family of the girl and try and talk to them and find a solution to it. The life and choices of the Boy and girl must be of paramount consideration.
