Dad not letting me into his house and business what can i do

I have four uncles and one of them is my dad ... My dad is not letting me into his house and bussiness ! I am a minor child ! My age is 14 year old and an abnormal child with hearing and speaking disabilities ! My dad is listening to his brothers and doing as what they says! How can i move in dad s house legally? And how can i ask the court that my dad help me with financial crisis! Thank you ! And we all are hindus!
