Cruelty by wife and in laws what action can i take

Sir madam i am an orphange and my mother who brought up me is 90 years old bedwridden i have married since 9 years ago and 2 boys child presently my wife is harrising me and my mother severly and beating my mother in front of me 2 times and beating me with help of my in laws and frequently she is going to women police and giveng the false complaint 2 times she is harrising us very dangerously please help

You can write an anonymous letter on behalf of your mother and seek protection under THE MAINTENANCE AND WELFARE OF PARENTS AND SENIOR CITIZENS ACT to the District collector / Superintendent of Police.
unless and until you do it the harassment is not going to stop.
if you are so afraid of your wife filing false complaint against you, better divorce her. Before filing a divorce petition take an anticipatory bail and keep it ready so that police will not arrest you.
