You are not eligible to marry at this age.
I mean legally. The legal age for an Indian male to get married is 21.
So please wait for 2 years at least and then think of this.
You're just 19 so I suppose you are not financially stable or independent.
How will you feed your wife and yourself?

hello
you cannot marry her as of now as you are not 21 years old. However you can marry her after you attain the age of 21 under the special marriage act. ID proof and photographs are required and the registration would be done by the registrar.
