Conducting Mundan ceremony without husband's presence is this illegal

13-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)

I have to do Mundan ceremony of my two and half years old son. I have separated from my husband from past 2 years. We are separate due to many issues like I dont find it safe to leave my son with my in laws and go to job, I was not allowed to do WFH and my husband emotionally tortures me questioning my character. I am staying at my parents home. Now if I ask him to do the Mundan, he would definitely ask me to stay with him which I cant. I am not ready for a mutual divorce because I would want my husband and his family to be punished. Is it illegal to do Mundan in a temple without my husband?
