case status is in Ex party hearing what should i do

My sister has filed the case of DV , 498a against her husband and he is an advocate,he is master in this field,he is taking the full advantage of it, now case status is in Ex party hearing . What is the mean of that, and what should i do for my sister , from last 7 month no output is coming.
Exparte hearing means the case is proceeding without his reply and defence since he must not have appeared in the Court . The matter will proceed at a faster pace , Ask your sister if any interim releifs have been prayed for if not discuss with her advocate.

Ex parte order against ur husband should be passed according to ur prayers and after passing the judgement if you still don't get the things as allowed in the judgement then u have to file a execution application in recovery warrant can be obtained and executed and in default he may be sent to jail.
