Case not being presently for hearing in High Court what can be done

Appeal against family court interim alimony has been admitted in Mumbai High Court & family court & lower court is not hearing the case stating that the case is pending in high court, but even after getting listed for hearing, my case is not coming for hearing in the court. What to do? Its pending since last one year.

Hello,

This happens a lot in High Court dur to several number of matters pending before the Court. You can file a Press free note in the High Court, wherein you will request the court to keep the matter for admission on so and so date. Accordingly your matter will be listed before the Hon'ble Court.
