Can women's cell be approached for this situation

Sir, husband filed rcr with false allegations predecting that I may file dv or 498a, my mil and husband have been threatening for divorce as they used my dowry and now they are thrist for another girl and want to get rid of me legally. My advocate has given counter that all dv they have done and abandoned me neverthlessly. Now the petioner of rcr ie husband along with his lawer are not coming to any hearing and from some one I came to know they want to withdraw rcr and file for divorce, their intension is to make me suffer roaming to courts or else to leave him? This creating a lot of mental pressure to me as well as to my professional life, their main target is at hook or crook I have to sign on divorce, please do advise me what action can I take? Can I approach women's cell and lodge dv against him and his family. What lesson can I teach him and his family except giving divorce as they are in thirst for another girl?? Can approaching women's cell may help me at this stage.
