Can wife remarry if the first husband does not have any problem

Hindu. Can my wife marry my friend whom she loves much more than me.she wants to live with both of us. I also want this for her happiness.I told her to divorce me but she is not ready.pls help sir.
No, she can't solemnize second marriage during lifetime of husband . If she do this act then the offance of bigamy​ will madeout against your wife . Yes there is one point also which is you raised on your quary but finally ... It can't happen.

No Hindu can marry with another person until he/she is divorced from earlier marriage. So do not think about doing it otherwise both of you will be in trouble later, on the complaint of any of your family member.

Quiet strange! First you need to think about your relationships clearly. If you have no ptoblem with her then why you want divorce. Its not only her wish to get marry to your friend or not. Your friend should also wish the same only then they could marry each other. Rest if your wife does not want divorce from you, it means she loves you more then your friend. Think it again.
