Can widow get maintenance from father in law

Hello, I'm a 32,year old widow with 9 year old daughter.staying in flat in Mumbai owned by my husband.We got married in 2004.My husband died due to lever damage due to alcohol in may 20013. I had filed DV against my husband and father in law in oct 2011.and filed divorce case too.During this period no order passed because sammon not received by husband as my husband changes places frequently from mum to our native to his father stying.My father in law stying in native place and operating family business (Hotel sons pvt ltd) with his other son.FIL have big banglow.and have flat in mumbai.My husband was running business in my FIL owned commercial 300sq ft gala since 22 year it was our only d source of income. And My husband had some shares in hotel business but in laws transferred that share to name of my brother in law during the DV case running. After death of my husband I fight d DV in distric and session court but I dint get order for mentaince as court say we (me daughter husband)

then u have filed separately u/s 125 of cr.p.c for maintenance u or ur daughter or both of , against ur father in law and brother of ur husband.
and file civil case for declaration , separate possession, permanent injunction of property.
this is ur father in law job to maintained u and ur daughter.

Yes your Father in law is liable to give maintenance to you as your husband is no more and only if you are not having any source of income and are not capable to earn , and if your husband was getting income from a family business the you will get maintenance.

Yes if your are unable to maintain your self by your own effort then only you can claim maintenance from your father in law.As you have right in the property of your husband also your daughter have same right.
